Ska man vara \u00e4rlig har de inte hela svaret p\u00e5 hur man g\u00f6r, men de har svaret p\u00e5 hur man identifierar, m\u00e4ter, skapar sj\u00e4lvinsikt och \u00e4ven vilken v\u00e4g som ska resas f\u00f6r att komma till m\u00e5let, men sj\u00e4lvklart m\u00e5ste kunden g\u00f6ra arbetet sj\u00e4lv, dock med den r\u00e4tta verktygsl\u00e5dan.<\/p>\n
Under dagens m\u00f6ten d\u00e5 vi b\u00e5de diskuterade samarbete och hur Decision Dynamics kan hj\u00e4lpa till i n\u00e5gra av mina projekt, fick jag ocks\u00e5 en djupare insikt i de v\u00e4rden som genereras av Decision Dynamics, och ja, jag m\u00e5ste s\u00e4ga att jag fick m\u00e5nga \u00f6gon\u00f6ppnare idag, eller snarare aha upplevelser.<\/p>\n
M\u00e5nga av de saker och tankar jag har levt efter som ledare fick jag helt pl\u00f6tsligt ord p\u00e5 och faktiskt forskningsbaserade bevis att det jag gjort faktiskt har en grund i vetenskap, det \u00e4r d\u00e4remot riktigt riktigt synd att “career managment” och “talent management” samt olika delar inom ledarskap tyv\u00e4rr till\u00e4mpas v\u00e4ldigt lite i svenska f\u00f6retag, dock m\u00e5ste jag s\u00e4ga att det finns f\u00f6retag jag har varit i kontakt med som verkligen har lyckats med de bitarna, och i de fallen de har lyckats har det varit f\u00f6r att modellerna har implementerats fr\u00e5n toppen och ner\u00e5t, inte fr\u00e5n botten till toppen. Det \u00e4r n\u00e4r ledarna i toppen absorberar och tar till sig modeller som g\u00f6r att de kan leda och skapa resultat genom medarbetare som v\u00e4rldsklass f\u00f6ds, inte n\u00e4r ledarna i toppen ska kontrollera hur och n\u00e4r saker g\u00f6rs, f\u00f6r det skapar oftast mer problem \u00e4n gott resultat.<\/p>\n
D\u00e5 dagen tog mycket mer tid \u00e4n v\u00e4ntat, dock verkligen v\u00e4rt hela dagen och min hj\u00e4rna \u00e4r s\u00e5 full av tankar just nu, m\u00e5ste det bli en tidig dag p\u00e5 kontoret imorgon f\u00f6r att hinna med det som jag planerat att g\u00f6ra i eftermiddags ist\u00e4llet \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
